Tissue Sample Submission Guidelines
The submitted sample must be pre-fixed in either

- 4% paraformaldehyde (PFA) at 4°C or
- 10% neutral buffered formalin (NBF) at 4°C for 24 hours.
- Samples prepared with fixatives other than 4% PFA or 10% NBF have not been validated or already determined to interfere with our protocol.

The tissue must be noted:

- Perfused or not Perfused
- This is necessary for imaging purposes.

All submitted samples should clearly labeled.

- A list of all supplied samples is preferred to confirm receipt of all samples.

Samples should be shipped in a sealed container of either PBS or TBS solution.

- Samples that will be stored for prolonged periods (>1 week) of time prior to shipment should be stored in PBS+NaN3 (0.01%) at 4°C.

Shipping Samples to ClearLight
- Samples should be shipped in a sealed container, in either PBS or TBS solution.
- Please clearly label all samples in your shipment.
- Please include a detailed list of all the samples in your shipment, so that we can confirm we have received them all.
- Please inform ClearLight Biotechnologies of the scheduled delivery and any additional delivery information including shipping carrier and tracking number.
